The business
Distribution is a service, not a warehouse.
Anyone can quote a tonne of a commodity chemical. The difficulty starts afterwards: matching the grade to the process, getting the Safety Data Sheet into the right language, classifying the load correctly for road transport, and being reachable when the delivery note and the Certificate of Analysis disagree.
That is the part we take seriously. Sterilco operates as a chemical wholesale business, holding stock in Poland and supplying manufacturers, formulators, laboratories and trading houses throughout the EU. We work in Polish and English, we quote quickly, and we say no to enquiries we cannot serve properly rather than improvising.

How an order runs
Five steps, no surprises
The process below is what a first hexamine order looks like from your side of the table.
Enquiry
You tell us grade, quantity, packaging, destination and end use. Anything you leave blank, we will ask about rather than guess.
Due diligence
Because hexamine is a regulated precursor, a first order includes a short check of company details and declared use. Usually a single e-mail exchange.
Offer
A firm price, lead time and Incoterm, with the specification and current Safety Data Sheet attached so your QA team can review before you commit.
Dispatch
Goods packed, labelled to CLP, documented to ADR for UN 1328, and shipped on the agreed terms with the batch Certificate of Analysis.
Repeat supply
Where volumes justify it, we set up a framework agreement with scheduled call-offs so you stop re-quoting the same material every quarter.
Regulatory diligence
Explosives-precursor obligations, REACH information duties and ADR classification are handled as part of the order, not as an afterthought.
Answers within a day
Quotations normally return within one working day. Technical questions go to someone who has read the data sheet.

What you can hold us to
Four commitments
If the grade you need is not something we can source at the quality and lead time you require, we will say so in the first reply. An offer from us is a commitment, not an opening position to be revised once the order is placed.
Batch number on the Certificate of Analysis, batch number on the packaging, batch number on the delivery note. If they ever disagree, that is our problem to fix — immediately, and before you are asked to sign anything.
We supply hexamine to business customers with a declared industrial end use, and we maintain the checks and reporting that EU explosives-precursor rules require. This occasionally costs us an order. We consider that the correct trade.
Ask about assay tolerance, bulk density, ash content or shelf life and you will get a figure with a source behind it — or an honest "we will confirm with the producer and come back to you today".
